Hello, I'm Svetlana Goletz and I'm Running for
Board of Assessment Appeals
I have over 21 years of professional real estate experience in the CT shoreline community. I know the real estate market and have worked with a broad range of clients, from the new home buyers to the high-end purchasers and the empty nesters. During my tenure as a realtor, I've earned numerous prestigious awards in recognition of my outstanding client service. I've received several Quality Service Awards and Top Producer Awards.

I've been active in our local community as a member of the board for the Guilford Community Fund, participated in the Meals on Wheels program, and cooked meals at the CT Food Kitchen in Branford. I'm also a member of the Guilford Garden Club. I'm originally from Mogilev, Belarus, and graduated with an engineering degree from Mogilev State University. In college, I was an avid athlete and ran track, while also participating in Cross Country Skiing. I have a passion for reading and belong to a local book club, as well as playing USTA tennis and downhill skiing.

I believe my chief mission as a realtor is to help clients achieve their intended goal, whether it is to sell their home or buy a home. The variables must meet the clients' expectations and needs. Helping clients achieve their goals is my mission. I look forward to utilizing my professional experience and success on the Guilford Board of Assessment Appeals.
