Recommend and endorse candidates for inclusion on the ballots (elected) or to the Board of Selectmen (appointed),

Support Republican candidates for office who will be responsive to the needs of Guilford,

To become a Member of the Guilford Republican Town committee an application must be completed and candidates are interviewed by the Nominations Committee.

Members are voted in every other year at the town-wide Republican caucus in January. At the caucus, a slate is presented by the Nominations Committee, but there can be nominations from the floor.

Terms are for two years, and there are no term limits. RTC Officers are selected by the membership, usually in March of the caucus year.

Vacancies are filled by the Town Committee from candidates brought forward by the Nominations Committee.

Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month @ 7:15pm at the Guilford Community Center.  Check screen in lobby for room assignment.

Please fill out our application (MS Word) and return it via email
